Charles R. Hayes, Esq. Attorney
Charles has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007. He managed the bankruptcy department at a large Ft. Myers-based firm where he worked as an attorney, managed a large legal staff and oversaw the confirmation and discharge of hundreds of cases. In addition to Bankruptcy Law, Charles also practices Real Estate and Estate Planning Law. In 2011 Charles began work at his own firm, Charles R. Hayes, P.A., proudly serving Southwest Florida for nearly a decade.
After graduating from Furman University with a B.A. in Business Administration, Charles attended Albany Law School in his home State of New York, where he focused on Tax Law and Estate Planning. Charles began his career at Wachovia Bank/Wachovia Securities before moving to Florida to follow his passion of practicing law. He also worked for a title company during law school where he examined title, issued title insurance policies, and represented clients at real estate closings.
Charles has also been a faculty member of the National Business Institute since 2009. He has given presentations on the Nuts and Bolts of Bankruptcy as well as the enhanced ethical requirements of an Attorney representing clients in Bankruptcy.
Charles has recently received recognition from the Collier County Bar earning the Outstanding Attorney of the Year Award at the 2019 Legal Aid Barristers Bash.

N. Robert Hayes, Esq., Of Counsel
Bob has practiced law for nearly forty years in the State of New York, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. In addition, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve and as President of Active Industries, a national company providing electrical engineering products and services to manufacturers. He served as General Counsel to Provantage Funding Corp, a New York State licensed mortgage bank, and is a board member and former Chairman of Saratoga Economic Development Corporation in Saratoga Springs, NY. He is also Chairman of the not for profit Luther Forest Technology Campus Economic Development Corporation where he leads a multi-billion dollar nanotechnology development project. Bob is also a member of the board of directors of Polyset Company, Inc., a chemical research and development firm. From 1995 to 1999 he served on the advisory board of Chase Manhattan Bank. Bob currently splits his time between Upstate New York and Naples.

Ashley B. Hayes, M.B.A.
Ashley worked in the financial services field for over 6 years as an associate for various firms including Goldman Sachs and Wachovia. She currently holds Series 7 and Series 63 investment licenses and both life and variable insurance licenses for the State of Florida. In 2009, she was admitted to the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants where she was granted the RFC designation. She has a B.A. from Furman University and an M.B.A. from the Graduate College of Union University. Ashley spent the last year working in the post filing department of a bankruptcy law firm where she performed various paralegal duties and assisted with client customer service. She currently assists with bankruptcy pre and post filing issues as well as all accounting and bookkeeping duties.
